Our premium 12-ft wide units feature doors that are 11 feet wide by 10 feet high, with ceiling heights of 12 feet at the lowest point. These larger openings and taller ceilings make loading and unloading easier, especially for bigger items or when using larger trucks.

Yes. Climate-controlled units are kept between approximately 55°F and 80°F year-round. They are ideal for furniture, electronics, musical instruments, artwork, antiques, photographs, and other temperature-sensitive items.

We have some of the largest climate-controlled units in Jackson, including several 10×20 and 10×30 units. These spacious options give you extra room for larger household items, furniture, or business inventory while keeping everything protected from temperature extremes.

Gate access is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a personalized keypad code. Office hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (closed Sunday). Our call center is open 6 AM–9 PM every day at (731) 668-2095.

Prohibited items typically include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal goods, perishable food, live animals, and anything that creates a safety risk. Ask the office if you are unsure about a specific item.

Yes. We offer U-Haul truck and trailer rentals on-site, making it easy to move your belongings and store them in the same location. Truck sizes range from 10 ft (studio/1-bedroom) to 26 ft (2–3 bedroom homes).

Our drive lanes are a generous 40 feet wide between buildings, with 20-foot exterior aprons. Trucks up to 26 feet can generally navigate throughout the facility, except for the corridor between Building D and Building E. Semi-trucks are limited to backing down the main drives, so we recommend contacting the office for unit suggestions that best accommodate larger vehicles.

Yes. We sell boxes in multiple sizes, bubble wrap, packing paper, foam peanuts, tape, shrink wrap, moving pads, furniture and mattress covers, and locks (including disc locks) during office hours.
